Ithaca Yellowjackets (Ithaca, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Bullock Creek Lancers (Midland, MI), 59-53 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ithaca upgrades its record to 13-3 on the season. The Yellowjackets host St. Louis (St. Louis, MI) to clash with the Sharks in a Tri-Valley - West II bout on Friday, February 3. The Sharks go into the bout with a record of 10-6. St. Louis lost 40-30 in their recent non-league bout against Millington (Millington, MI)

Next up, the Lancers clash with the Standish-Sterling Panthers (Standish, MI) in a Tri-Valley - East bout, on Friday, February 3. Bullock Creek will attempt to upgrade on its 6-10 season record.
