Minnesota High School Basketball - Champlin Park ripped by Wayzata

The Wayzata Trojans basketball team scored 84 points and held the visiting Champlin Park Rebels to 52 in the Trojans non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Trojans now sport a 17-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buffalo for a AAAA Section 8 contest on Friday, February 3. Wayzata will meet a Bison team coming off a 97-26 league loss to Hopkins (Minnetonka, MN). The Bison record now stands at 3-14.
The Rebels (8-8) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Circle Pines, MN). The Cougars enter the AAAA Section 7 contest with a 12-8 record. In their last contest, Centennial was routed by Elk River (Elk River, MN), 48-41, in a league contest.
