With the victory, Elton improves its record to 15-11 on the campaign. The Indians travel to Hamilton Christian (Lake Charles, LA) to confront the Warriors in a 1A District 5 challenge on Friday, February 3. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 7-3.

Next up, the Tigers confront the East Beauregard Trojans (DeRidder, LA) in a 1A District 5 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Oberlin will attempt to improve on its 8-8 season record. The Trojans come into the challenge with a 12-10 record after their 65-14 league win over Basile (Basile, LA).
