The Waverly/South Shore Coyotes basketball team (Waverly, SD), was overwhelmed 56-17 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Estelline/Hendricks (Estelline, SD)
The now possess a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Colman-Egan for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3. Estelline/Hendricks will confront a C-E Hawks team coming off a 49-18 league win over Bridgewater/Emery (Emery, SD). The C-E Hawks record now stands at 8-8.
The Coyotes (1-13) will now prepare for their battle against Warner (Warner, SD). The Monarchs come into the B Region 1 battle with a 12-4 record. In their last battle, Warner was overwhelmed by Leola/Frederick (Leola, SD), 43-39, in a league battle.
