The New Canaan Rams basketball team (New Canaan, CT), was nudged 34-27 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Stamford Black Knights (Stamford, CT)

The Black Knights now possess a 6-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bridgeport Central for a Fairfield County battle on Friday, February 3. Stamford will battle a Hilltoppers team coming off a 47-33 league loss to Darien (Darien, CT). The Hilltoppers record now stands at 1-13.

The Rams (10-4) will now prepare for their battle against Norwalk (Norwalk, CT). The Bears come into the Fairfield County battle with a 6-9 record. In their last battle, Norwalk edged Westhill (Stamford, CT), 60-28, in a league battle.
