Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Brevard Blue Devils (Brevard, NC) and the host Chase Trojans (Forest City, NC), saw Brevard's basketball squad knock off Chase by a tally of 27-19.

With the victory, Brevard improves its record to 5-9 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Patton (Morganton, NC) to play the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 3. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 0-8. Patton lost 34-10 in their recent non-league challenge against East Rutherford (Forest City, NC)

Next up, the Trojans play the Forestview Jaguars (Gastonia, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 6. Chase will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record.
