Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Glen Burnie Gophers (Glen Burnie, MD), 55-41 in a league bout.

With the victory, Meade upgrades its record to 15-3 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Old Mill (Millersville, MD) to play the Patriots in a bout on Thursday, February 2. The Patriots come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Old Mill won 58-53 in their recent non-league bout against Meade (Fort Meade, MD)
