In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Hernando Leopards basketball team scored a tight 44-43 triumph over the South Sumter Raiders.
In their next game, the Leopards face the Pasco Pirates (Dade City, FL) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 3. Hernando will attempt to move on its 12-6 season record. The Pirates enter the match with a 1-16 record after their 55-27 league loss to Fivay (Hudson, FL).
