The Glenelg Gladiators basketball team (Glenelg, MD), was nudged 47-44 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Centennial Eagles (Ellicott City, MD)
The Eagles now possess a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wilde Lake for a Howard County battle on Friday, February 2. Centennial will confront a Wildecats team coming off a 80-42 league win over Hammond (Columbia, MD). The Wildecats record now stands at 7-9.
The Gladiators (5-10) will now prepare for their battle against Hammond (Columbia, MD). The Golden Bears come into the Howard County battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, Hammond was nudged by Wilde Lake (Columbia, MD), 80-42, in a league battle.
