Connecticut High School Basketball - Coginchaug Regional succumbs to Haddam-Killingworth

The Haddam-Killingworth Cougars felled the visiting Coginchaug Regional Blue Devils basketball squad by a margin of 77-62 in Wednesday's league test.

The Cougars (9-4) will now prepare for their test against Morgan (Clinton, CT). The Huskies go into the Shoreline test with a 12-2 record. In their last test, Morgan went down by Cromwell (Cromwell, CT), 58-53, in a league test.

The Blue Devils now own a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Portland for a Shoreline test on Friday, February 2. Coginchaug Regional will encounter a Highlanders squad coming off a 69-41 league loss to Old Lyme (Old Lyme, CT). The Highlanders record now stands at 4-11.
