North Carolina High School Basketball - Olympic holds off Harding University

January 31, 2024: Charlotte, NC 28208

Fans at Wednesday's non-league challenge between the Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) and the host Harding University Rams (Charlotte, NC), saw Olympic's basketball squad hold off Harding University by a tally of 56-53.

With the victory, Olympic improves its record to 4-16 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Palisades (Charlotte, NC) to confront the Pumas in a 4A South Meck challenge on Tuesday, February 6. The Pumas come into the challenge with a record of 12-9. Palisades lost 52-49 in their recent league challenge against South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC)

Next up, the Rams confront the Chambers Cougars (Charlotte, NC) in a 3A/4A Queen City challenge, on Friday, February 2. Harding University will attempt to improve on its 5-13 season record. The Cougars come into the challenge with a 13-6 record after their 72-49 league win over Hough (Cornelius, NC).
