The Monmouth Academy Mustangs basketball team scored 48 points and restricted the host Boothbay Seahawks to 39 in the Mustangs league victory on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 6-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hall-Dale for a C South contest on Monday, February 5. Monmouth Academy will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 55-44 non-league win over Waynflete (Portland, ME). The Bulldogs record now stands at 15-1.

The Seahawks (5-11) will now prepare for their contest against Mount Abram (Strong, ME). The Roadrunners come into the C South contest with a 5-9 record.
