Montgomery Cougars (Skillman, NJ) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting College Achieve Knights (Asbury Park, NJ), 53-11 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Montgomery upgrades its record to 7-10 on the season. The Cougars travel to Voorhees (Glen Gardner, NJ) to play the Vikings in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Vikings go into the bout with a record of 14-3. Voorhees lost 52-43 in their recent non-league bout against West Morris Mendham (Mendham, NJ)

Next up, the Knights play the Roselle Park Panthers (Roselle Park, NJ) in a Freelance bout, on Thursday, February 1. College Achieve will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-10 record after their 49-21 non-league loss to Carteret (Carteret, NJ).
