The Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets topped the visiting Don Bosco Cristo Rey Wolfpack basketball team by a final score of 47-27 in Thursday's league game.
In their next game, the Hornets face the Smith Jewish Day School Lions (Rockville, MD) in a Potomac Valley game, on Monday, February 5. Spencerville Adventist Academy will attempt to move on its 9-5 season record. The Lions enter the game with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 league win over Model Secondary School for the Deaf (Washington, DC).
With the defeat, Don Bosco Cristo Rey moves to 1-1 on the year. The Wolfpack host Field (Washington, DC) to face the Falcons in a DCSAA game on Tuesday, February 6. The Falcons enter the game with a record of 1-4.
