In Wednesday's league outing, the Mercer County Golden Eagles (Aledo, IL) basketball squad felled the host Galva Wildcats (Galva, IL), by a margin of 46-33.
The Golden Eagles (13-12) will now prepare for their outing against Annawan (Annawan, IL). The Braves go into the Lincoln Trail outing with a 21-5 record. In their last outing, Annawan thwarted Princeville (Princeville, IL), 67-57, in a league outing.
