Colorado High School Basketball - Regis Groff ripped by Northfield

The Northfield Nighthawks basketball team scored 85 points and held the visiting Regis Groff Fusion to 27 in the Nighthawks league triumph on Wednesday.

The Nighthawks now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Vista PEAK Prep for a 5A/4A Denver Prep contest on Friday, February 2. Northfield will battle a Bison team coming off a 85-13 league win over Lincoln (Denver, CO). The Bison record now stands at 14-4.

The Fusion (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Thomas Jefferson (Denver, CO). The Spartans enter the 5A/4A Denver Prep contest with a 5-13 record. In their last contest, Thomas Jefferson was routed by Denver North (Denver, CO), 47-33, in a league contest.
