In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the Thornton Academy Trojans (Saco, ME) ice hockey team the visiting Deering Rams (Portland, ME), by a margin of 3-1.
The Trojans now possess a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Edward Little for a Class A challenge on Saturday, February 3. Thornton Academy will clash with a Red Eddies team coming off a 3-2 league loss to Lewiston (Lewiston, ME). The Red Eddies record now stands at 4-8.
The Rams (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Scarborough (Scarborough, ME). The Red Storm enter the non-league challenge with a 1-5 record.
