In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) basketball squad beat the host Takoma Academy Tigers (Takoma Park, MD), by a count of 78-63.
The Quakers (10-4) will now prepare for their outing against Potomac School (McLean, VA). The Panthers go into the outing with a 0-1 record.
The Tigers now hold a 0-3 record. They play next when they travel to Southern Maryland Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Thursday, February 1.
