In Wednesday's non-league battle, the host Southwest SD Raiders soccer squad scored a good 8-0 triumph over the Chula Vista Spartans.
The Raiders (13-2) will now prepare for their battle against Hilltop (Chula Vista, CA). The Lancers come into the Metro Mesa battle with a 11-3 record. In their last battle, Hilltop thwarted San Ysidro (San Diego, CA), 4-0, in a league battle.
The Spartans (2-8) will now prepare for their battle against Montgomery (San Diego, CA). The Aztecs come into the South Bay battle with a 2-13 record. In their last battle, Montgomery thwarted Coronado (Coronado, CA), 3-1, in a non-league battle.
