The Apopka Christian Academy Lions basketball team scored 47 points and limited the host Calvary City Christian Academy Lions to 44 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.
The Lions now possess a 7-4 record. They play next when they travel to Geneva for a non-league game on Saturday, February 1. Apopka Christian Academy will confront a Knights team coming off a 71-68 non-league loss to Cornerstone Charter Academy (Belle Isle, FL). The Knights record now stands at 13-7.
With the loss, Calvary City Christian Academy falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Trinity Lutheran (Kissimmee, FL) to confront the Tigers in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Tigers go into the game with a record of 11-5.
