With the victory, Clinton Prairie advances its record to 13-2 on the year. The Gophers travel to Western (Russiaville, IN) to face the Panthers in a non-league match on Saturday, February 1. The Panthers enter the match with a record of 10-6. Western won 49-44 in their recent non-league match against Mississinewa (Gas City, IN)

The Bulldogs now own a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Carroll for a Hoosier Heartland match on Thursday, February 6. Clinton Central will face a Cougars squad coming off a 52-50 non-league loss to Northwestern (Kokomo, IN). The Cougars record now stands at 12-3.
