The Governor Mifflin Mustangs (Shillington, PA) basketball edged the visiting Conrad Weiser Scouts (Robesonia, PA), 62-60 in Friday's non-league bout.

The Mustangs now possess a 15-6 record. They play next when they travel to Reading for a Berks County 1 bout on Tuesday, February 4. Governor Mifflin will play a Red KNights team coming off a 54-52 league win over Wilson (West Lawn, PA). The Red KNights record now stands at 10-11.

With the loss, Conrad Weiser falls to 10-9 on the campaign. The Scouts travel to Wyomissing (Wyomissing, PA) to play the Spartans in a Berks County 2 bout on Monday, February 3. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 11-4. Wyomissing won 63-53 in their recent non-league bout against Brandywine Heights Area (Topton, PA)
