In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Newark Yellowjackets basketball team scored a good 63-54 triumph over the DuPont Tigers.
The Yellowjackets (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against William Penn (New Castle, DE). The Colonials go into the Blue Hen Flight - A contest with a 8-6 record.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the Conrad Science Red Wolves (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league contest, on Tuesday, February 4. DuPont will attempt to better on its 1-13 season record. The Red Wolves go into the contest with a 11-3 record after their 64-52 non-league win over Newark Charter School (Newark, DE).
