Colorado High School Basketball - Gilpin County overwhelmed by Flatirons Academy

January 31, 2025: Black Hawk, CO 80422

In Friday's league test, the Flatirons Academy Bison (Westminster, CO) basketball squad trounced the host Gilpin County Eagles (Black Hawk, CO), by a score of 90-25.

Next, the Bison encounter the Dayspring Christian Academy Eagles (Greeley, CO) in a 3A/2A/1A Mile High test, on Tuesday, February 4. Flatirons Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-4 season record. The Eagles come into the test with a 5-10 record after their 56-33 non-league win over Kiowa (Kiowa, CO).

The Eagles (0-14) will now prepare for their test against Dayspring Christian Academy (Greeley, CO). The Eagles come into the 3A/2A/1A Mile High test with a 5-10 record.
