The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Glastonbury Guardians (Glastonbury, CT) and the host South Windsor Bobcats (South Windsor, CT), observed Glastonbury's basketball team knock off South Windsor by a score of 75-59.
The Guardians (14-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Manchester (Manchester, CT). The Red Hawks come into the Central Connecticut - East Colonial challenge with a 15-1 record. In their last challenge, Manchester prevailed over Enfield (Enfield, CT), 74-53, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the E.O. Smith/Tolland Bucks (Storrs, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 3. South Windsor will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record. The Bucks come into the challenge with a 1-3 record after their 81-28 non-league loss to East Catholic (Manchester, CT).
