In Friday's non-league test, the Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles (Madison, MN) basketball squad defeated the visiting Hancock Owls (Hancock, MN), by a final score of 76-68.
Next, the Eagles clash with the Central Minnesota Christian Bluejays (Prinsburg, MN) in a A Section 3 test, on Monday, February 3. Lac qui Parle Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 8-10 season record.
The Owls (7-8) will now prepare for their test against Battle Lake (Battle Lake, MN). The Battlers come into the A Section 6 test with a 0-14 record.
