In Friday's non-league contest, the visiting Jac-Cen-Del Eagles basketball team scored a close 52-45 win over the Oldenburg Academy Twisters.
The Eagles (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Trinity Lutheran (Seymour, IN). The Cougars come into the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Trinity Lutheran was tipped by Crothersville (Crothersville, IN), 55-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Twisters battle the Waldron Mohawks (Waldron, IN) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Oldenburg Academy will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Mohawks come into the contest with a 9-7 record after their 56-19 league win over Southwestern (Shelbyville, IN).
