The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Ket'acik and Aapalluk Memorial Carayiit (Kwethluk, AK) and the visiting Lewis Angapak Blue Jays (Tuntutuliak, AK), observed Ket'acik and Aapalluk Memorial's basketball team overwhelm Lewis Angapak by a score of 78-24.
The Carayiit (8-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Akula Elitnaurvik (Kasigluk, AK). The Tundra Foxes come into the 1A Alaska Coastal challenge with a 1-2 record. In their last challenge, Akula Elitnaurvik was routed by Nelson Island (Toksook Bay, AK), 69-49, in a non-league challenge.
