The Huskies (4-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Nome-Beltz (Nome, AK). The Nanooks come into the 3A Western challenge with a 12-0 record. In their last challenge, Nome-Beltz defeated North Pole (North Pole, AK), 81-33, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Patriots battle the Homer Mariners (Homer, AK) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, February 1. North Pole will attempt to improve on its 2-13 season record. The Mariners come into the challenge with a 2-8 record after their 82-69 non-league loss to Kotzebue (Kotzebue, AK).
