The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the Princeton Vikings (Cincinnati, OH) and the visiting Lakota West Firebirds (West Chester, OH), observed Princeton's basketball team edge Lakota West by a margin of 58-54.
The Vikings (13-4) will now prepare for their bout against Middletown (Middletown, OH). The Middies go into the Greater Miami bout with a 11-6 record. In their last bout, Middletown was edged by Fairfield (Fairfield, OH), 62-58, in a league bout.
With the loss, Lakota West falls to 12-5 on the campaign. The Firebirds host Colerain (Cincinnati, OH) to play the Cardinals in a Greater Miami bout on Friday, February 7. The Cardinals go into the bout with a record of 2-15.
