In Friday's non-league test, the Spencerville Adventist Academy Hornets (Spencerville, MD) basketball squad knocked off the visiting Shenandoah Valley Academy Stars (New Market, VA), by a score of 66-54.
Next, the Hornets encounter the Field Falcons (Washington, DC) in a DCSAA A test, on Monday, February 3. Spencerville Adventist Academy will attempt to improve on its 7-7 season record.
The Stars (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Georgia-Cumberland Academy (Calhoun, GA). The Jaguars come into the non-league test with a 13-6 record. In their last test, Georgia-Cumberland Academy was knocked off by Collegedale Academy (Collegedale, TN), 55-49, in a non-league test.
