In Friday's league contest, the host Trinity Pioneers basketball team scored a close 49-46 triumph over the Alvirne Broncos.

The Pioneers (4-8) will now prepare for their contest against Keene (Keene, NH). The Blackbirds go into the Division I contest with a 6-7 record. In their last contest, Keene was tipped by Portsmouth (Portsmouth, NH), 40-33, in a league contest.
