In Friday's non-league test, the Anacoco Indians (Anacoco, LA) basketball squad knocked off the visiting South Beauregard Knights (Longville, LA), by a score of 42-30.
Next, the Indians encounter the Pitkin Tigers (Pitkin, LA) in a B District 4 test, on Tuesday, February 4. Anacoco will attempt to improve on its 18-9 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 18-14 record after their 64-53 non-league win over Reeves (Reeves, LA).
