The Camp Verde Cowboys basketball team scored 49 points and limited the visiting Madison Highland Prep Heat to 16 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Friday.
The Cowboys now possess a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Chino Valley for a non-league game on Monday, February 3. Camp Verde will play a Cougars team coming off a 41-21 non-league win over Camp Verde (Camp Verde, AZ). The Cougars record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Madison Highland Prep falls to 1-1 on the campaign.
