Ohio High School Ice Hockey - Howell nudges St. Francis de Sales

The Howell Highlanders ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the host St. Francis de Sales Knights to 3 in the Highlanders non-league victory on Friday.

The Highlanders now own a 22-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Brother Rice for a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. Howell will play a Warriors team coming off a 4-2 non-league win over Salem (Canton, MI). The Warriors record now stands at 11-5.

With the defeat, St. Francis de Sales moves to 24-5 on the season. The Knights travel to St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI) to play the Eaglets in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 1. The Eaglets go into the bout with a record of 16-5. St. Mary's Prep won 4-3 in their recent non-league bout against Houghton (Houghton, MI)
