Utah High School Basketball - Escalante overwhelms Monument Valley

The Escalante Moquis basketball team scored 68 points and limited the host Monument Valley Cougars to 46 in the Moquis non-league triumph on Friday.
The Moquis now possess a 5-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Monticello for a non-league outing on Saturday, February 1. Escalante will clash with a Buckaroo squad coming off a 61-43 non-league win over Green River (Green River, UT). The Buckaroo record now stands at 2-3.
The Cougars (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Whitehorse (Montezuma Creek, UT). The Raiders come into the non-league outing with a 6-6 record.
