Ohio High School Basketball - Margaretta can't hold off Western Reserve

The Western Reserve Roughriders basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the host Margaretta Polar Bears to 56 in the Roughriders non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Roughriders now sport a 8-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New London for a Firelands contest on Friday, January 7. Western Reserve will battle a Wildcats team coming off a 77-20 non-league loss to Colonel Crawford (North Robinson, OH). The Wildcats record now stands at 0-7.
The Polar Bears (7-3) will now prepare for their contest against Oak Harbor (Oak Harbor, OH). The Rockets come into the Sandusky Bay - Bay contest with a 4-6 record. In their last contest, Oak Harbor was nudged by Port Clinton (Port Clinton, OH), 61-51, in a league contest.
