West Central Trojans (Hartford, SD) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Elk Point-Jefferson Huskies (Elk Point, SD), 71-26 in a non-league bout.
With the win, West Central upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Trojans travel to Tea (Tea, SD) to clash with the Titans in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 6. The Titans go into the bout with a record of 2-4. Tea won 54-44 in their recent league bout against Vermillion (Vermillion, SD)
Next up, the Huskies clash with the Ponca Indians (Ponca, NE) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 14. Elk Point-Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 4-4 season record.
