The Pallotti Panthers basketball team (Laurel, MD), was nudged 54-48 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Calvert Hall Cardinals (Baltimore, MD)
The Cardinals now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Gilman for a MIAA A - Red battle on Friday, January 6.
The Panthers (4-8) will now prepare for their battle against Loyola Blakefield (Towson, MD). The Dons come into the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Loyola Blakefield edged Glenelg Country (Ellicott City, MD), 75-60, in a non-league battle.
