Marist RedHawks (Chicago, IL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Corliss Trojans (Chicago, IL), 72-19 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Marist upgrades its record to 14-3 on the season. The RedHawks travel to Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL) to clash with the Roadrunners in a East Suburban Catholic bout on Friday, January 6. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a record of 6-8. Nazareth Academy won 50-48 in their recent non-league bout against Minooka (Minooka, IL)

Next up, the Trojans clash with the Harlan Falcons (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public - White South bout, on Thursday, January 12. Corliss will attempt to upgrade on its 4-6 season record.
