North Carolina High School Basketball - Eastern Randolph routs Jordan-Matthews

In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC), by a margin of 85-46.

The Wildcats (12-1) will now prepare for their outing against Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC). The Eagles go into the 1A/2A Conference 31 outing with a 3-9 record. In their last outing, Uwharrie Charter was trounced by Randleman (Randleman, NC), 68-42, in a league outing.

The Jets now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Seaforth for a 1A/2A Conference 14 outing on Friday, January 6. Jordan-Matthews will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 69-56 league win over Chatham Central (Bear Creek, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 8-4.
