Holly Bronchos (Holly, MI) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Lakeland Eagles (White Lake, MI), 67-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Holly upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Bronchos travel to Fenton (Fenton, MI) to play the Tigers in a Flint Metro bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Tigers go into the bout with a record of 4-3.

Next up, the Eagles play the Clarkston Wolves (Clarkston, MI) in a non-league bout, on Friday, January 6. Lakeland will attempt to upgrade on its 2-4 season record. The Wolves go into the bout with a 6-2 record after their 53-49 non-league win over Fenton (Fenton, MI).
