The Hill-McCloy Rams basketball team (Montrose, MI), was nudged 43-40 in Wednesday's non-league battle with the host Clio Mustangs (Clio, MI)
The Mustangs now possess a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lake Fenton for a Flint Metro battle on Tuesday, January 10. Clio will battle a Blue Devils team coming off a 45-39 non-league win over Arbor Prep (Ypsilanti, MI). The Blue Devils record now stands at 10-0.
The Rams (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Chesaning (Chesaning, MI). The Indians come into the Mid-Michigan battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, Chesaning was nudged by Ovid-Elsie (Elsie, MI), 54-16, in a league battle.
