North Carolina High School Basketball - Eastern Randolph trounces Jordan-Matthews

January 4, 2023: Siler City, NC 27344

The Eastern Randolph Wildcats (Ramseur, NC) basketball crushed the host Jordan-Matthews Jets (Siler City, NC), 58-11 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Wildcats (5-5) will now prepare for their test against Uwharrie Charter (Asheboro, NC). The Eagles go into the 1A/2A Conference 31 test with a 7-5 record. In their last test, Uwharrie Charter was trounced by Randleman (Randleman, NC), 62-51, in a league test.

The Jets now own a 0-10 record. They play next when they host Seaforth for a 1A/2A Conference 14 test on Friday, January 6. Jordan-Matthews will encounter a Hawks squad coming off a 85-43 non-league loss to Grace Christian (Sanford, NC). The Hawks record now stands at 10-2.
