South Carolina High School Basketball - St. Joseph's Catholic nips First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest

St. Joseph's Catholic Knights (Greenville, SC) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest Crusaders (Greenville, SC), 39-33 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, St. Joseph's Catholic upgrades its record to 8-5 on the campaign. The Knights host High Point Academy (Spartanburg, SC) to play the Grizzlies in a A Region 1 bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a record of 10-4.
Next up, the Crusaders play the Oakbrook Prep Knights (Spartanburg, SC) in a SCISA AAA Region III bout, on Friday, January 6. First Presbyterian Academy at Shannon Forest will attempt to upgrade on its 9-3 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 0-12 record after their 65-23 non-league loss to Landrum (Landrum, SC).
