The Galloway Scots (Atlanta, GA) basketball knocked off the host Landmark Christian War Eagles (Fairburn, GA), 58-45 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Scots (13-3) will now prepare for their test against Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA). The Hawks go into the non-league test with a 11-3 record. In their last test, Hillgrove notched a victory over Pope (Marietta, GA), 60-43, in a non-league test.
The War Eagles now own a 5-7 record. They play next when they travel to Eagle's Landing Christian Academy for a AA Region 5 test on Friday, January 6. Landmark Christian will encounter a Chargers squad coming off a 55-39 non-league loss to Stratford Academy (Macon, GA). The Chargers record now stands at 3-5.
