The Strasburg-Franklin Tigers basketball team scored 57 points and restricted the visiting Indian Valley Braves to 45 in the Tigers league victory on Wednesday.

The Tigers now sport a 9-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Tuscarawas Central Catholic for a Inter-Valley contest on Saturday, January 7. Strasburg-Franklin will battle a Saints team coming off a 40-39 league win over Ridgewood (West Lafayette, OH). The Saints record now stands at 7-2.

The Braves (2-9) will now prepare for their contest against Garaway (Sugarcreek, OH). The Pirates come into the Inter-Valley contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Garaway prevailed over Canton Central Catholic (Canton, OH), 57-39, in a non-league contest.
