Stone Bridge Bulldogs (Ashburn, VA) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host John Champe Knights (Aldie, VA), 64-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Stone Bridge upgrades its record to 6-4 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Hampton Roads Academy (Newport News, VA) to play the Navigators in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 5. The Navigators go into the bout with a record of 6-3. Hampton Roads Academy won 43-37 in their recent non-league bout against Veritas School (Richmond, VA)

Next up, the Knights play the Patriot Pioneers (Nokesville, VA) in a Cedar Run bout, on Friday, January 6. John Champe will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Pioneers go into the bout with a 8-4 record after their 45-11 league win over Freedom (South Riding, VA).
