The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. East Union won 55-45 in their recent non-league challenge against Sonora (Sonora, CA)

Next up, the Hawks play the Union Mine Diamondbacks (El Dorado, CA) in a Sierra Valley Conference challenge, on Friday, January 6. Liberty Ranch will attempt to upgrade on its 12-2 season record. The Diamondbacks come into the challenge with a 6-10 record after their 46-37 non-league loss to Placer (Auburn, CA).
