Virginia High School Basketball - TPLS Christian Academy tipped by Saint Gertrude

In Wednesday's non-league match, the host Saint Gertrude Gators basketball team scored a tight 49-48 triumph over the TPLS Christian Academy Lions.
In their next game, the Gators meet the St. Catherine's Saints (Richmond, VA) in a VISAA Division I match, on Tuesday, January 10. Saint Gertrude will attempt to better on its 10-2 season record. The Saints enter the match with a 1-5 record after their 42-26 non-league loss to Virginia Episcopal School (Lynchburg, VA).
With the defeat, TPLS Christian Academy moves to 6-9 on the year. The Lions travel to Central Pointe Christian Academy (Kissimmee, FL) to confront the White Tigers in a non-league challenge on Friday, January 6. The White Tigers come into the challenge with a record of 11-4. Central Pointe Christian Academy won 59-47 in their recent non-league challenge against Palm Bay (Melbourne, FL)
